To Get Perfect Sleeve Measurements: Take two measurements.

Measure from the center of the neck to the Shoulder Seam and note the length. Next, measure from the Shoulder Seam to the end of the Sleeve Cuffs. Add the two lengths together and select the closest standard sleeve length.
