All of our fabrics are carefully selected from the best European weavers; the finest lightweight fabrics from Switzerland; the most luxurious English cottons; fashion-forward designs from Italy; and the traditional high-quality fabrics from France.

FABRIC QUALITY

One-Ply
Weaving single thread in warp direction with one thread in weft direction.
This allows a wide variety of patterns at a reasonable price.

Two-Ply
Two individual threads are together to make one yarn. They are then woven to create a smooth strong fabric.
This durable & luxurious fabric requires longer fibers, such as Egyptian cotton.

MAIN WEAVINGS


POPLIN This tightly-woven fabric has a fine hand and is ideal for dress shirts.		CHEVRON Silky and smooth, the chevron pattern woven into this fabric gives your shirt texture and depth.

TWILL This easy-iron fabric is woven on the bias, for a smooth and elegant feel.		END ON END Woven of two different colored threads, this fabric makes for a fashion-forward tone on tone shirt.

OXFORD A classic fabric with a little more texture than poplin. Perfect for both dress shirts and casual shirts.		PINPOINT Features the same weaving as Oxford, but of thinner threads for a lighter feel making it ideal for pastel colors.

ZEPHYR A very fine weave, ideal for light, summer-weight shirts.
